Holding, is a company which is obtained from acquisition of companies. In Holding, a larger company buys the shares of smaller companies and the smaller company, without losing its independence, performs under the policies and strategies of the larger company. This study aims to evaluate the performance of supply chain in the Holding company of Persian Gulf Petrochemical. The SCOR model has been used in this study in order to evaluate the performance of the supply chain. SCOR is a process-based model in which the five main areas of supply chain processes (planning, resources, establishing, sending, and returning) are defined and determined. Each one of these areas contains processes and the accurate implementation of activities associated with each one, and ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of the given supply chain. The data analysis results confirm both of the research hypotheses. Therefore, it can be said with 95% confidence that there is a significant difference between the current situation of the supply chain in the Holding company of Persian Gulf Petrochemical, and its favorable situation. The second research hypothesis is also confirmed. In other words, the most important drawback in the supply chain, from the standpoint of SCOR model, is related to the planning process

Nowadays, knowledge sharing as a part of knowledge management process has determining role in organization development. Despite the growing importance of knowledge sharing for competitive organizations, the lack of proper understanding of its barriers and facilitators makes problematic knowledge sharing which is one of the most important goals of knowledge management by organizations. This study aims to evaluate the factors influencing knowledge sharing to improve supply chain performance in the oil industry. In this study, the opinions of 98 managers and experts of Oil Company were studied as sample. Then the structural equation modeling technique was used to analyze the data. The results showed that knowledge sharing has direct and significant relationship with competitive strategies of supply chain and competitive strategies of supply chain have the same relationship with supply chain performance

In today's markets, technological and competitive factors are rapidly increasing, which have made it difficult for the companies to provide what they need.  Instead, handing out has become one of the main strategies of the companies. The objective of this research is to investigate factors affecting the performance of supply chains in petrochemical industries of Persian Gulf which based on experts' opinion; different indicators were identified in order to measure the performance of supply chains. This research is a descriptive, surveying study based on correlation and regression analysis. In order to conduct the research, first, affective factors on performance of the supply chain based on experts' opinion were presented through using Delphi technique. Then,  the elicited factors were investigated through using factor analysis technique and finally the conceptual model of supply chain performance measurement were obtained.  In this model, the impact of factors such as clients, process, cost, flexibility, and time on the performance of this industry were introduced, respectively and finally some indicators were provided and evaluated in measurement
